K11 is the largest income-generating building of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe. The project consists of three buildings with their own internal infrastructure, fully meeting the highest modern standards for rental housing. As is traditional for our network, stylish private apartments are combined here with shared spaces for work and leisure. However, this project offers significantly more, including a gym, swimming pool, rooftop restaurant, coworking areas, coffee shops, pet-friendly spaces and retail stores.
