Coliving EST is an income house designed in the style of Scandinavian minimalism. It combines individual apartments with spaces for co-working and leisure. On the top floor, there is a co-working space with access to a terrace. The ground floor includes a shelter, access to the terrace, and an inner courtyard. Each floor features dedicated sports zones. The project was completed during the war.
