Coliving Akadem is a low-rise income house, recognizable thanks to its architectural solutions in the style of European minimalism. It is located next to the Akademmistechko metro station. This project combines individual apartments with spaces for co-working and leisure, a designer lobby, a gated territory and a concierge service to handle everyday needs. The house was launched on the eve of the war and was inhabited already in the first days, becoming a reliable home for our co-livers, as the convenient and spacious co-working on the ground floor was adapted into a shelter.
